As Managing Director of Lipton Teas and Infusions DACH, I led the tea business across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. My focus extended beyond business development to establishing the company as an independent entity. During the separation of the tea business from Unilever under CVC Capital Partners, I was responsible for building new sales, customer service, and logistics structures, founding independent companies, and implementing SAP S/4HANA across the DACH region.
